Job Title: Phlebotomist - Mesa
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and processing specimens in a doctor's office setting. This position involves the collection, receipt, and entry of biological specimens into our computer system, preparing samples for analytical testing, and distributing them to the appropriate analytical areas. You will also perform specified analytical testing as assigned, all while adhering to our Code of Conduct guidelines.
Responsibilities

Experience in blood draw and specimen collection.Proficiency in laboratory and phlebotomy procedures.Capability in specimen processing and patient care.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of prior pediatric phlebotomy experience is required.Must be comfortable working independently.GED or High School Diploma is required.Work Environment
The position is based in a Pediatric office in East Mesa, where you will draw blood from pediatric patients and work closely with medical assistants. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The organization offers significant growth opportunities from within for leadership roles.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
