Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our clinic team in Prescott, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients, processing specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry into our computer system. This role involves both pre and post analytical testing responsibilities and requires adherence to our Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
Collect and receive biological specimens and enter them into the computer system.Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area.Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.Follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.Essential Skills
1 or more years of prior phlebotomy experience Proficient in blood drawing, specimen collection, laboratory procedures, and specimen processing.Comfortable working as part of a team.GED or high school diploma.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in patient care is advantageous.Work Environment
You will work as a phlebotomist within a Patient Service Center (PSC) alongside a team of phlebotomists. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The environment promotes growth, with opportunities for advancement. Internal promotions are prioritized for leadership roles.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prescott, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
