Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Phlebotomist in a medium-paced environment, where you will work with 10-20 patients daily. This role involves hands-on patient interaction and comprehensive lab work, from blood draws to full specimen processing, ensuring a rewarding and impactful career.

ResponsibilitiesConduct venipuncture procedures and perform blood draws.Collect, spin, and centrifuge specimens.Freeze or send out samples as required.Update patient charts and enter data accurately.Verify billing and insurance information.Essential SkillsCompletion of Phlebotomy schooling.Minimum of 1 year experience in phlebotomy, with a focus on processing.Proficiency in sample processing, including spinning and centrifuging specimens.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhlebotomy Certification is preferred.Experience with Atlas and Sunquest computer systems is beneficial.Work Environment

This role operates on the 1st shift and involves floating between different locations in Lima, OH, and surrounding areas. Employees will be reimbursed for mileage. The work setting is independent, allowing you to establish your own routine and make a significant impact within a specialized practice.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lima, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
