A Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess high elevated levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and critical thinking skills.  **POSITION SUMMARY:** As a pharmacy technician you will be responsible for many aspects of the mail order prescription process. You may be assigned to work all areas of the dispensing pharmacy including product selection, packing and shipping. Tech L1, Dispensing team members are expected to perform any of the following functions: manual filling and packing, fill medications for automated machines, Quality Sampling of medications from automated machine, packing orders using automated packing machinery. As a Tech L1 you may be asked to support the shipping handler functions such as manually metering packages and placement of packages to be sorted for shipment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you must possess basic computer proficiency and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. This position requires standing throughout the entire shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction across all levels of staff. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
