Our client, University of Michigan, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their dedicated clinical healthcare team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be an essential part of supporting patient care and medication management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to healthcare excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm

What's the Job?

Preparing medications for patients who are picking up prescriptions Entering pharmacy orders into MiChart system for recordkeeping Dispensing medications using automated equipment Measuring, mixing, and labeling medications accurately Recording amounts and dosages of medications as required

What's Needed?

Must have a minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Required Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Michigan (must be current) Experience with QS1 pharmacy system, desired Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Minimum of 1 year customer service experience Ability to comply with Michigan Medicine immunization requirements (MMR, TDaP, Varicella, Influenza, and TB)
