Essential Functions: + Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues. + Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and maintaining eye contact + Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures + Ordering and Maintaining inventory of packing supplies such as tape, boxes, ice packs, restocking refrigerator shelves, checking in vendors and completing inventory management tasks as directed **Operating Hours** : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM + **Required Qualifications** Physical Requirements: + Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time + Lifting and exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting + Visual Acuity - Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details **Education** - Verifiable High School diploma or GED required **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous shipping experience in a retail or customer service setting **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: 16.00 - 21.01 - 26.21 USD Hourly This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
