The Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator works with interdisciplinary programs to deliver medication therapy management within patient care services and to ensure pharmaceutical care programs are appropriately integrated throughout the organization. **Essential Functions:** + Oversees medication safety and quality measure in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements + Promotes safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical care + Monitors drug utilization and drug shortages + Leads the professional development of pharmacy staff + Develops and maintains professional relationships with nursing and medical staff to help with education and achieving department and ministry goals + Other duties as assigned **Education:** + Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (required) + Pharmacy Residency (preferred, not required) **Licensure/Certification:** + Pharmacist Licensure – State Board of Pharmacy (required) + BPS Board Certification (preferred, not required) **Experience:** + 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience (required) **Skills & Abilities:** + Knowledge of pharmacy systems and clinical functions and opportunities + Must possess skills in leadership, teamwork, communications and analytical ability As a Bon Secours Mercy Health associate, you're part of a Mission that matters.
