Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital settingProvide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verificationsWork directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care servicesother duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmDActive State of Ohio pharmacist licenseThree years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferredExcellent written and communication skills Overview
