Pharmacist In Charge
Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

We’re launching a new pharmacy and seeking an experienced, highly organized Pharmacist in Charge to lead all daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, makes confident independent decisions, and ensures operational, clinical, and regulatory excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Pharmacist in Charge and ensure full compliance with all Texas Board of Pharmacy regulations, audits, inspections, and documentation standards.Lead the pharmacy’s launch, develop and maintain SOPs, and oversee all dispensing, verification, and clinical workflows.Manage daily operations independently while collaborating with remote leadership on process improvements and cost‑efficient practices.Oversee all inventory functions—including ordering, receiving, storage, reconciliation, cycle counts, and expiration management—with strong controls to minimize waste.Required QualificationsPharmD or equivalentActive Texas Pharmacist license3+ years of PIC experienceExperience in an independent retail pharmacyStrong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsProven accuracy in inventory managementJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Round Rock, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $76.00/hr.
