YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!A Clinical Pharmacist contributes to AHF by expanding primary care functions of pharmacists such as providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers.A Clinical Pharmacist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations by helping to bring best practice and collaborative ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Clinical Pharmacist it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.
