Job description:

Support and advance pharmacy management goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacyProvide routine and emergency drug screening, information processing, and dispensing servicesEnsure accuracy and efficiency so the correct drug product reaches customers safelyExecute daily pharmacy operations related to workflow, production quotas, and deadlinesMaintain compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulationsEnsure adherence to DEA policies and procedures, following the stricter standard between PharmScript and regulatory agenciesEnsure compliance with third‑party payer contract rules and regulationsSupervise pharmacy production staff, ensuring proper order entry, workflow, security, and delivery schedule adherenceVerify completeness and accuracy of all new and refill labels and ordersReview drug packaging and labeling for accuracy and proper contentPrepare and/or supervise preparation of sterile IV drug products and solutionsAssist with ordering, handling, receiving, documenting, and storing controlled substancesMaintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugsProvide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as part of on‑call rotation or as requiredEnsure the workflow dashboard is cleared dailyFollow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAAWork overtime, holidays, and weekends when required or expectedComply with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts

Pay/benefits:

$60-65/hourHealth, dental, and vision401K

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in PharmacyCurrent license to practice pharmacy in good standingAbility to work weekends and some holidays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
