What You'll Do

Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns; show empathy in sensitive situations; strive to exceed expectations, provide alternative solutions to problems, and achieve the best possible outcome for customersProvide counseling on prescriptions, relaying information to customers for success and confidence with at-home use of medicationPerform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free productsMaintain product levels, improve efficiencies, seek continuous improvement opportunities, identify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriateSupport and stay current on company wellness initiatives; ensure consistency and execution and share best practicesComply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followedVerify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business
