Job Title: Pharmaceutical Technician
Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of aseptic, terminally sterilized, polymer (clean rooms), and non-aseptic (Pilot Plant) processes and procedures for pharmaceutical and polymer manufacturing, including development, engineering, clinical-phase, and commercial operations.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate personal proficiency of aseptic technique with minimal supervision.Accurately execute development/engineering, GLP or GMP batch records.Perform complex, multi-step solution preparations and disassemble process equipment on multiple unit operations for extrusion, microsphere, liposome, or polymerization processes.Operate PLC controlled equipment, including adjusting set-points as directed in batch records.Use basic hand tools required for equipment operation.Execute in-process environmental monitoring.Participate in the execution of IOQs with direct supervision.Essential Skills
Proficiency in chemical mixing, compounding, and chemical handling.Experience with GMP, GLP, batch record documentation.Ability to operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks.Detail-oriented with the ability to follow strict, detailed instructions.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to carry out operational tasks by following established processes.Experience in assisting with equipment and appliance installation.Understanding of mandatory work instructions, including the use of personal protection equipment.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.75 - $26.75/hr.
