1st Shift: 6:45AM – 2:45 PM2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $17:00–$19.55/hr+

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmaceutical Packer to join our team in Allentown, PA. In this role, you will help ensure the highest quality standards for pharmaceutical products through precise assembly, packaging, and labeling processes in a cleanroom environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all cGMP, SOP, safety, and customer requirements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Assemble, fill, package, label, and inspect pharmaceutical products (manual or automated), including performing AQL checks and determining product disposition.Perform required computer tasks and accurately read and interpret batch records, diagrams, and work instructions.Accurately count components and finished goods.Support start-up and close-out of packaging jobs.Clean rooms and equipment according to GMP standards.Work independently or as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.RequirementsStrong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands.Working math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages.Ability to read, comprehend, and execute instructions in English.Physical ability to:Stand continuouslyBend, squat, and reach above shoulder levelComfortable working in various environments, including:Primary & Secondary roomsRefrigerated areas (2–8°C)Frozen areas (-20°C) (up to 80% of the day when required)Ability to gown and work in a cleanroom environment.Preferred QualitiesInitiative and adaptability to changing priorities.Ability to accept and learn from feedback, including Corrective or Preventative Actions.Job Type & LocationContract positionFully onsite in Allentown, PAPay & Benefits
