Responsibilities
Perform manual visual inspection of filled containers, including vials (liquid and lyophilized), pre-filled syringes, cartridges, and IV bags.Identify defects such as volume variation, particulate matter, and cosmetic defects to ensure no defective product is released to the market.Perform reconciliation and segregation of acceptable and defective containers and prepare defect libraries and qualification kits.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and protocols.Handle, collect, transport, and store semi-finished and finished products according to defined storage conditions and process requirements.Prevent cross-contamination and mix-up errors at all stages of operations.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely coordination and organization of all prerequisites.Support qualification and validation of equipment and operational areas in accordance with approved protocols.Perform job duties requiring prolonged standing and walking, lifting and moving products up to 35 kg.Perform in-process checks and accurately record data in documentation.Collaborate closely with production staff to ensure product quality and timely delivery.Package products using secondary packaging materials according to established specifications.Perform packaging operations including labeling, packing, weighing, printing, and verification of batch details.Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to support timely product delivery.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.Support daily operations including cleaning activities, log maintenance, and routine tasks.Track defect trends and implement control and mitigation plans.Assist with market complaint management and preventive actions.Manage inventory of consumables required for packing activities.Essential Skills/Requirements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
