Job Title: Line Operator
Job Description
As a Line Operator, you will play a dual role, acting as both a setup technician and a packaging operator. You will be tasked with setting up and dismantling large packaging machines, troubleshooting issues, and working in a GMP environment to ensure pharmaceutical medications are properly packaged and labeled. Your role will require attention to detail and adherence to SOP standards, with responsibilities including loading and unloading materials and completing necessary documentation tasks.
Responsibilities
Set up and dismantle large packaging machines using various tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with packaging machines.Operate within a GMP environment, following SOP standards.Package pharmaceutical medications with precision.Label, scan, load, and unload materials efficiently.Complete documentation tasks using a laptop.Perform heavy lifting, with a minimum requirement of 50 lbs.Essential Skills
Experience in machine operating, including setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting in a GMP environment.Proficiency with hand and power tools such as wrenches, power drills, and manual tools.Computer literacy for documentation and operational tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is highly regulated, with strict adherence to SOP and GMP standards. Employees work within a clean, temperature-controlled facility while wearing full PPE, including uniforms and anti-static steel toe shoes. The role involves a 12-hour continental day shift schedule from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with initial training alongside a lead technician. Growth opportunities allow for progression to a lead setup and packaging mechanic roles.
