We're seeking a sharp, adaptable Phage Display Associate who thrives on the intersection of cutting-edge science and real-world impact.

 

Responsibilities: Design and execute phage display campaigns to identify high-affinity antibodies, from library construction and selection strategies to hit validation and optimization. Collaborate across teams, contribute to project strategy, and help shape the discovery platform. Work alongside seasoned veterans and share in the design and execution of experiments. Qualifications: BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field) Direct phage display experience Experience with protein expression, purification, and characterization Experience with molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing analysis) Familiarity with antibody technologies and protein-protein interactions Quick learner who can adapt to new protocols and troubleshoot independently
