Flamingo Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, certified, and guest-focused Personal Trainer to join The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering customized fitness experiences to resort guests, members, and local clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality. This role plays a key part in elevating the overall wellness experience at the resort.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessionsConduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout programsPromote wellness services, classes, and fitness packagesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environmentBuild strong relationships with guests and members to encourage retentionEnsure proper use of equipment and enforce safety protocolsCollaborate with Spa, Membership, and Front Desk teams to enhance the guest journeyStay current on industry trends, certifications, and wellness programmingAssist in planning and leading specialty workshops or fitness eventsWhat are we looking for?
Qualifications
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)Current CPR/AED certificationMinimum 1–2 years of personal training experience (hospitality or club setting preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysCompensation:
