Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Ocean Springs, MS office. Remote will be considered for the right candidate.

**Base salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with on-target earnings (including commissions) of approximately $72,000.**

Job Description

Manage a book of personal lines insurance clients (auto, home, renters, umbrella) Provide high-quality service via phone, email, and in-person communication Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coverage changes Resolve billing, underwriting, and claims-related issues with carriers Advise clients on policy options and coverage enhancements Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems Cross-sell other lines of insurance when appropriate Ensure all actions comply with agency procedures and insurance regulations

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required Minimum of 3 years in a personal lines insurance role required Familiarity with auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
