What You DoAccount Manager
Receive phone calls and office visitors regarding changes to existing and or new policies. Determine acceptability and placement, make recommendations, complete applications or endorsements requests and collect premium where applicable.Inform, educate and make recommendations to clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needsHandle all client, producer, and insurer service requestsMaintain and develop advanced knowledge of underwriting and rating procedures for all types of policies.Maintain and further cultivate agency relationships with underwritersReview existing accounts to determine if an additional line of insurance or coverages of insurance should be recommendedMentor team members with emphasis on culture and moraleHigh level agency management system tasks, accounting and claim management tasksExecute processes outlined in procedure manualPerform other duties as requested including exercising discretion and judgment prioritizing workload.
Required
Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire OnboardingMust have strong personal lines technical knowledge - minimum 7 years’ experience.The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management ProgramPreferred
Experience working with agency management systemsProficient skill level in Microsoft Office SuiteValuable benefits.

The base salary range for this role is $57,700 to $92,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
