Personal Injury law firm located in Sandy Springs is seeking a litigation paralegal with at least three years of personal injury experience. We are looking for a skilled and confident self-starter who has a passion for helping injured individuals get the legal help they need.

Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, superb communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a paralegal with the following skills:

3+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal managing cases from pre-litigation through litigationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience interacting with clients, adjusters, insurers, attorneys, and courtsRequesting, summarizing and indexing medical recordsKnowledge of Georgia court filing rulesMS Word and Excel proficiencyAbility to draft legal correspondence, write demands, and prepare other legal documents for state and federal filings.Bilingual Spanish/English speaking a plus
