Beacon Hill Legal seeks Personal Injury Litigation Paralegals with 3+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience for a direct-hire opportunity supporting a Shareholder with a law firm based in Mechanicsville, VA!

Qualified candidates will have experience with all phases of litigation. Must be skilled in the following:

Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.Coordinating with clients to gather information and confirm medical treatment.Managing expert witness designations and trial preparation. Scheduling depositions, hearings, and trial-related meetings, tracking court deadlines, and handling e-filing across state, federal, and appellate courts.Managing litigation calendars, auditing liens (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation), and working within a case management system.
