Personal Injury Intake Attorney
Job Description We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake Attorney to oversee and enhance the intake process in Encino, CA. This role is ideal for an attorney earlier in their career who enjoys client-facing work and prefers not to pursue litigation. You will manage case evaluation, speak with new clients, and make critical decisions on whether the firm should accept a case. You will supervise two intake specialists and serve as the attorney-level decision-maker during the intake process. Responsibilities - Speak directly with potential clients and conduct thorough case evaluations. - Review intake specialists’ findings and make final decisions on signing cases. - Investigate and verify facts during the pre‑litigation intake stage. - Serve as the primary attorney contact for PI intake questions. - Provide guidance and oversight to two intake specialists. - Handle 100–130 intakes per month. - Occasionally conduct direct intakes and answer client questions by phone. - Ensure intake quality and consistency in line with firm standards. Skills and Requirements - 2–3 years of personal injury experience, including at least 1 year plaintiff-side PI. - Strong client communication and investigative skills. - Bilingual in Spanish - Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced intake environment. - California Bar license required
