Job Description

Help launch and lead the firm’s New Jersey personal injury operations Build and document SOPs, workflows, templates, and standardized processes from intake through resolution Develop quality benchmarks and communication protocols for attorneys, case managers, and paralegals Manage a reduced personal injury caseload to stay close to the work while focusing on systems Handle client intake, evaluations, discovery, pleadings, negotiations, and litigation as needed Work closely with firm leadership to align NJ operations with firm-wide best practices Train, mentor, and support staff as the New Jersey office grows Serve as the primary liaison between the NJ office and national leadership

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Bar license 5+ years of personal injury experience, including litigation Experience creating, improving, or implementing law firm systems or SOPs Strong written skills with the ability to document workflows and procedures clearly Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented leadership style Professional, client-focused, and collaborative approach
