Job Description

Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, and slip-and-fall cases. Evaluate case merits, analyze liability, and determine case value and coverage. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents. Represent clients in court, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations. Provide clear guidance and communication to clients throughout the litigation process. Review case facts, oversee medical records, and ensure timely action on all assigned cases. Negotiate settlements at all stages of litigation. Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis. Manage deadlines, court appearances, and administrative tasks related to the practice.

Qualifications

At least five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar. Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and take full ownership of cases. Strong research, analytical thinking, and legal writing abilities.
