Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and timely payment coordination. Handle day-to-day office administration such as facility upkeep, meeting arrangements, and courier handling. Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock of office supplies. Coordinate with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and utilities. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
