This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with senior legal professionals and takes pride in being a trusted and reliable member of the team.

What you will do?Manage complex diaries, meetings and schedulingAct as a key point of contact for clients and external partiesDraft, format and proofread legal documentation and correspondenceOpen, close and maintain electronic and physical client filesCoordinate travel and event arrangementsAssist with billing processes and financial administrationProvide marketing and administrative support where requiredSupport case management and preparation for hearingsHandle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretionWhat you’ll bring?Previous experience as a Legal PA (litigation experience advantageous)Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailThe ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Fast and accurate typing (minimum 65 wpm)High levels of integrity and professionalismA proactive, adaptable and collaborative approachExperience with legal case management and digital dictation systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
