Beacon Hill Associates is hiring a Peripheral Operator in Norcross, GA!

This is a fully onsite, entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional to support data center operations and printing/finishing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Duties:

Operate a variety of printers, inserters, finishing, and mail processing machines under the guidance of senior operators

Perform basic peripheral machine troubleshooting and operator-level service actions

Prepare production control reports and maintain accurate product tracking

Perform clerical tasks related to inventory, packaging, and outgoing product control

Interact with computer terminals or personal computers to queue work, post information, and respond to console messages

Assist with manual document assembly, postage application, and packaging as needed

Escalate equipment or production issues to senior operators or supervisors

Perform other duties as assigned

Top Three Daily Tasks:

Operating peripheral equipment and supporting production processes

Tracking production, inventory, and workflow accuracy

Collaborating with team members and escalating issues as needed

Ideal Candidate:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Some experience in a data center, print center, or tech operations preferred; candidates seeking to enter the tech space are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of computer peripheral hardware, or the ability to quickly learn

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks

Clear oral communication skills for interaction with peers, supervisors, and occasionally home office support

Comfortable following procedures and maintaining operational accuracy

Location: Norcross, GA (fully onsite)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM OR Tuesday-Saturday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour

Parking: Free and open
