You won't just be "running tests” - you will be breaking things, finding bottlenecks in complex enterprise environments, and helping us ensure our security solutions remain lightning-fast under heavy load. **What counts for us most?** + Ability to learn and grow fast with engagement and passion while "uncovering the new" + The "Hobbyist" Mindset - If you spend your free time tinkering with home labs or making your own exciting projects - you’ll fit right in + Don't get too scared if you don't fulfill every requirement that an ideal candidate should bring. A proper mindset and eagerness to learn can compensate for any specific knowledge gap **Ideal candidate should have:** Technical skills + Experience: 5+ years of hands-on engineering in software testing, specifically performance measurement and systems capacity testing (Cloud / Hybrid / On-Premise). + Linux systems fluency: Very good understanding of Linux operating systems and techniques to identify bottlenecks quickly (e.g. CPU, RAM, I/O, etc.) + Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in a performance context + Network Depth: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTP/2, TLS, SSL, DNS, and Web Proxies + Tools like tcpdump, network traces analysis - you should be well familiar with + Coding: Strong Python skills are preferred. Familiarity with C/C++ is a "nice to have" given our focus on performance + AI Augmentation: Ability to leverage AI for faster troubleshooting or prototyping while remaining critical of its output Non-technical skills + Communication: Fluent English is required (German is a plus).
