Job Description

You will be part of the middle office operations team providing performance calculation and attribution analysis for our clients in the region. As part of team, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and team is producing and validating performance returns, risk and attribution reports. You will be responsible for maintaining KPIs, reporting all the MIS for operation as well as for team management. You will also work closely with the onshore counterparts to establish global operating models and processes



Responsibilities:

Producing, reviewing and validating portfolio account performance calculations and performance reports associated with accounts, composites and managersCreating customized reporting based on clients’ requirements; maintain, produce and review client composites according to SLAsProvide scheduled/Ad-Hoc reports or MIS to Management as and when required.Reviewing, updating and implementing new processes and procedures as required, to enhance operational controlsMonitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the performance reporting, doing attribution analysis at fund level and security levelAssist in preparing performance report using applications like FactSet.Interfacing with performance and index vendorsExperience in resolving data issues using accounting systems and ability to understand the flow between accounting and performance systems.Serve as the Senior Checker for complex tasksParticipating in department projects and ensuring completion, as well as assist new clients on boarding and implementation processesInterfacing with performance and index vendorsExperience in resolving data issues using accounting systems and ability to understand the flow between accounting and performance systems.

Qualifications:

9+ years' experience in performance measurement operations or experience with account/security level performance in a related fieldFamiliarity/Understanding of Segment, Security and Attribution Performance ReportingFamiliarity/Understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)Performance System Experience – FactSet/StatPro/MorningStar (Preferred)

Education:

·       Master's degree in accounting, Finance or related field

·       Pursuing/completed CIPM, CFA or FRM (Preference – not mandatory)

Skills:

·       Proficient in people management and conflict management

·       Proficiency with EXCEL (macros, pivot tables etc.)

·       Attention to detail

·       Proven Problem-solving skills

·       Effective time management skills
