**Job Description:**
· Creating forecast for European Customer and Commercial Service Locations based on actual and seasonal trends, process changes and input from operations
· Monitoring forecast accuracy, historical trends and operational performance by site and country
· Auditing data correctness in internal systems and vendor reports
· Creating daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, maintaining databases of historical performance figures
· Combining multiple sources from Excel and database sources into a combined reporting structure
· Providing analytical support during transformation and migration projects
**We expect from applicants:**
· Strong analytical skills, ability to carry out advanced analysis and make data-driven forecast recommendations
· Great attention to details, ability to quickly spot inconsistencies
· Very good knowledge of MS Excel
· Very good command of English
· Ability to work under time pressure
· Good time management and proactivity
· Patience and accuracy
· Min. 6-month track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates)
**Advantages:**

· Knowledge of VBA / SQL and/or MS Access
