Daten & Systeme zum Leben erwecken Du verwaltest unsere CRM-Systeme und sorgst für präzise Kunden- und Vertragsdaten. Entwickle aussagekräftige KPIs und implementiere smarte Tracking-Systeme. Analysiere Budgets, überwache Performance und erstelle Reports, die wirklich Mehrwert schaffen.Digitale Plattformen gestalten Baue kollaborative Teamsites auf, die Teams wirklich verbinden. Passe Plattformen an individuelle Projektbedürfnisse an und bringe allen bei, wie sie optimal genutzt werden. Entdecke neue Technologien, die unsere FM-Operations auf das nächste Level heben.Kunden begeistern Erstelle aussagekräftige Kundenberichte und halte Präsentationen, die im Gedächtnis bleiben. Führe Kundenbefragungen durch und verwandle Feedback in konkrete Verbesserungen. Du bist der Brückenbauer zwischen uns und unseren Kunden.Wandel aktiv gestalten Begleite spannende Change-Prozesse von der Technologie-Einführung bis zur Organisationsentwicklung. Führe neue FM-Accounts nahtlos ein und etabliere Prozesse, die von Anfang an funktionieren. Stelle sicher, dass alle Standards und Compliance-Anforderungen erfüllt werden.Trends erkennen & umsetzen Halte den Finger am Puls der FM-Branche und teile deine Insights mit dem Team. Analysiere neue Technologien und regulatorische Entwicklungen. Unterstütze Lieferantenbewertungen und entwickle Strategien für bessere Partnerschaften.
