Job Description
The Performance Management Specialist Contractor supports the Digital & Analytics PM Operations team by managing operational workflows across performance management systems. This role maintains issue trackers, updates documentation, coordinates calendars, and prepares materials for stakeholder meetings. The contractor will triage and troubleshoot system issues, assist with quarterly feature releases, and support testing, cutover, and training efforts. They will collaborate closely with Talent process owners, tech teams, and SMEs to manage change requests and ensure smooth delivery of performance management initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation are essential in this fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.

Skills and Requirements
• 5–7 years of operational support experience within Talent systems (ideally performance management)
• Ability to quickly learn new technology processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams) • Experience troubleshooting system issues and managing release cycles
• Strong problem‑solving and consultative skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic, complex, and ambiguous environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
