Job Description:
Facilitates Internal and External Benchmarking and Public Reporting of Data. Facilitates or Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities for Designated Departments and Teams. Establishes and maintains liaisons within the system, hospital, physician offices, multicenter sites, industry and governmental agencies. Communicates information appropriately and in a timely manner.Actively Participate in Interdepartmental Performance Improvement Activities. Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in NursingFive years of related experienceCurrent RN licensure or work permit in KentuckyExperience with improvement tools, data analysis, and interpretation and use of data to guide decision making.Ability to work well with a variety of groups, individuals and disciplines in order to facilitate process improvement.Innovative, creative thinker and strong communication skills.Benefits:
