Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Performance Automation Tester to join their team. As a Performance Automation Tester, you will be part of the software development team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Performance Automation Tester
**Location:** San Leandro, CA
**What's the Job?**
+ Work with software development teams responsible for application maintenance, enhancements, and integration in all parts of the software release cycle.
+ Translate new business requirements into basic validation scripts.
+ Serve as a liaison to testing groups in an advisory capacity.
+ Assist developers and QA teams in defect troubleshooting and detailed analysis during the development and testing phases.
+ Utilize tools such as Postman for automation and performance testing.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience working in a hardware lab environment.
+ Proficiency in creating and implementing validation scripts.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with automation tools and performance testing methodologies.
