As a PeopleSoft System Administrator, you’ll manage multi-tiered ERP environments, assist in tools upgrades, support patch management, and troubleshoot system-wide issues—all while ensuring adherence to performance, security, and uptime standards.
Responsibilities:Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of PeopleSoft environments to ensure optimal availability, reliability, and securitySupport system upgrades, code migrations, patching, and environment cloning in collaboration with development and infrastructure teamsTroubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with Oracle DBAs and Server administratorsDevelop and execute scripts (DMS, SQL, Shell) for data loads, environment maintenance, and automationMaintain documentation and provide technical support during application enhancements, system releases, and emergency fixes Qualifications and Requirements:3+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Systems Administrator supporting complex ERP environmentsHands-on experience with application upgrades, patching tools (Change Assistant), and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)Proficiency with SQL, shell scripting, and diagnostic logging for performance tuning and issue resolutionAbility to work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver reliable production supportWillingness to support after-hours system activities as needed (e.g., releases, maintenance, on-call rotation) Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
