This role will oversee the installation, configuration, and monitoring of application components across web, application, integration, and batch layers. It involves direct support for system performance, patch management, and environment upgrades, including collaboration with functional teams and technical stakeholders. A high level of independence, troubleshooting skill, and after-hours flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of ERP environments to ensure system availability and performanceExecute upgrades, patching, code migrations, and system tuning in collaboration with database and infrastructure teamsTroubleshoot application issues and ensure system compliance with performance and availability standardsSupport development and functional teams with project-related technical tasks, including implementation of bug fixesCoordinate with peers on application deployments, audit trail reviews, and maintenance of system health logsQualifications and Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience administering PeopleSoft ERP environmentsProficiency in PeopleSoft PUM upgrades, Change Assistant, DMS/SQL scripting, and system patchingExperience working across multi-tier environments (production, development, and DR)Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills in a collaborative enterprise settingWillingness to participate in on-call rotations and perform off-hours system support when required Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
