This functional role supports business operations by translating organizational needs into actionable system configurations and delivering end-to-end support for enterprise ERP projects.
Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system documentationCreate test plans, write test cases, and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing)Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to align ERP enhancements with process goalsAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and functional users, ensuring accurate knowledge transferSupport change management activities for ERP implementation and system adoption Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional SME with a focus on PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL/KK/AP)Strong understanding of ERP configuration, testing, and change control processesExcellent communication skills for working across business and IT teamsPreferred experience with Integration Broker, Workflow tools, and SQL for reporting or analysisFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and structured project documentation practicesDeliverables:Functional Specifications DocumentTest Plan and UAT ScenariosCompleted System Testing ReportsCoordinated UAT Sign-offs from Business UsersAdditional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
