We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Senior Developer with deep expertise in API development and ERP integration to support a critical cross-system initiative. This role will lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between the enterprise ERP system and third-party time collection platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing API solutions.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate integration between ERP Time & Labor modules and external applicationsBuild robust data transformation pipelines to support seamless data exchange across systemsProvide technical leadership across design sessions, troubleshooting efforts, and code reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts and business stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet integration, security, and performance standardsConduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in partnership with functional teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation including process flow diagrams, specifications, and test scenarios Qualifications & RequirementsStrong development experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft, with a focus on Time & Labor modulesProven hands-on expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs; experience with file-based and API-based integration modelsProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and strong SQL/data analysis skillsExperience with API management tools and best practices for API performance and securityPreferred: Techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor data reporting and integrationsWorking knowledge of HR and Payroll for North America is a strong plus Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $33 – $37 per hourMedical Benefits: Comprehensive options available through The Reserves NetworkTraining & Growth: Expand your skills and career while contributing to impactful projects.Your New OrganizationOur client, one of the largest counties in the U.S., is committed to leveraging technology to enhance public service delivery.
