**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **People Support Advisor** to join our team specializing in **HR** for **People Support department** in **Rumst, Belgium**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality HR guidance through resolution.
+ Strengthen the employee experience by providing clear coaching across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
+ Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation across all functions and teams.
+ Support positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employment matters.
+ Enable efficient HR service delivery by supporting seamless, end-to-end solutions aligned with regional and sub-regional needs.
+ Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal HR partners, managers, and employees to drive effective outcomes.
+ Amplify the voice of employees and managers by sharing insights and feedback with the right stakeholders.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex, high-volume inquiries with professionalism and care.
+ Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
+ Ability to navigate sensitive situations, manage conflict constructively, and make sound, timely decisions.
+ Clear and adaptable communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/ Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.
+ Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must
+ Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset
+ Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.
+ Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended
