As a Tier 1 support agent, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders seeking assistance with People-related inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. Additionally, the Senior People Support Specialist will mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery. **What You’ll Do:** + Respond to People-related inquiries via phone, email, or case management tools with empathy and professionalism. + Provide accurate and timely information on People policies, procedures, and programs. + Assist in resolving employee concerns, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 or subject matter experts as needed. + Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management system. + Update and manage employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS). + Support key People processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data changes. + Collaborate with cross-functional People teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience. + Mentor and guide junior customer service agents, providing training and support as needed. + Lead special projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. + Demonstrate and promote CBRE RISE values in all interactions. **What You’ll Need:** + Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally in an HR or shared services environment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + High level of empathy, active listening, and problem-solving ability. + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
