**About The Role:**
As a CBRE People Sr. Associate, you will provide advanced support and customer service to those contacting the People Service Center.
This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Serve as second-level support for cases that come through about payroll and timekeeping, onboarding, talent acquisition, data management, learning & development, and leave of absence.
+ Manage escalation and cases that are more complex, visible, and confidential that span across People Operations Services. Ensure high-quality remediation or resolution.
+ Subject Matter Expert to the People service practices around implementation and processes.
+ Research, evaluate, and resolve issues using multiple tools.
+ Establish relationships within the company with Sr. management to work cross-functionally with other teams. Review information for inquiries that need more research to avoid ticket escalation.
+ Provide input for ideas and implement to improve workflow processes.
+ Implement People policies, procedures, or regulatory changes to ensure that the team is providing the most up-to-date and accurate information.
+ Mentor and train new hires on job duties and policies. Assist less experienced team members.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Directly impact the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of standard practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
+ Strong ability to explain sophisticated concepts or sensitive information.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive approach.
+ Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
