People Solutions Associate III

The **People Solutions Associate** is responsible for delivering a consistently excellent, end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires. The role manages new‑hire sessions, readiness of paperwork, timely responses to new‑hire queries, new hire relocation coordination, and employee case management in alignment with People Solutions process. The role will ensure efficient handling of employee cases, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
New‑Hire Orientation Session Delivery:
+ Welcome new hires on Day 1.
+ Facilitate onboarding sessions (Cultural, Benefits, L&D, Wellness etc.).
+ Ensure booking/prep of training rooms, stakeholder coordination.
+ Execute pre‑ and post‑start communications and engagement activities.Onboarding Paperwork & Records Management:
+ Print and prepare onboarding packets (e.g., Employment contract, PF/Gratuity forms, Transport form etc.) so they are ready prior to candidate arrival.
+ Get the onboarding documents filled/signed by new hire as needed.
+ Scan, audit, and upload compliance forms to Document Manager; maintain accurate hard‑copy filing.
+ Ensure every new hire complete onboarding formality in onboarding tool on time.Coordination with Stakeholders and vendors:
+ Coordination with different stakeholders (workplace services team, TA team, payroll team etc) for new hire sessions and logistics support.
+ Partner with TA, WPS, IT, Finance, and business managers to ensure readiness for new hire’s Day 1 and smooth integration into teams.
+ Coordinate with third party vendor for new hire relocation services and providing new hire data to vendor as per process.Employee Case Management & SLAs:
+ Manage case submitted by employee on case management tool.
+ Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR queries within defined SLAs and quality parameters.Support in regional HR initiatives:
+ Provide operational support in regional initiative like (Red carpet events, employee engagement activities etc).
+ Conducting open hours for new hires to answer their queries in the initial weeks.
