We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented analyst to elevate the quality and effectiveness of HR knowledge and digital self-service. This role supports both internal team knowledge and employee-facing content by coordinating with content owners, COEs, and technology partners to refine, tag, localize, and test content and conversational flows. The aim is to increase accuracy, containment, and successful task completion in our digital agent, while making internal knowledge clearer, findable, and up to date.
ResponsibilitiesFocus on improving the accuracy and efficiency of a global AI chatbot used across 62 countries.Manage and validate knowledge content from ServiceNow, SharePoint, internal HR systems, and third-party sites.Collaborate with technology teams, HR CoEs, and global teams.Support GenAI task automation initiatives.Conduct knowledge testing, validation, and bias training.Create and maintain process documentation, FAQs, and content repositories.Partner with content owners to review, refine, and standardize internal team knowledge and employee-facing articles.Apply and recommend taxonomy, tagging, metadata, and light governance practices.Coordinate localization/translation and country variants with regional HR and Legal.Maintain a content change log and surface gaps, duplicates, and ambiguities to owners with recommended fixes.Help design and refine intents, utterances, and simple dialog flows for the chatbot.Monitor conversational analytics and user feedback; summarize insights and propose prioritized content or flow adjustments.Support task administration scenarios by documenting steps, guardrails, and user guidance.Plan and execute UAT/regression testing for knowledge updates, chatbot changes, and minor HR tech releases.Coordinate with Privacy, Legal, and Security to ensure content and automations meet compliance requirements.Support People Solutions Leaders and project managers with scoping, timelines, RAID logs, communications, and stakeholder coordination.Prepare meeting materials, notes, and action trackers.Assist with light process mapping and documentation of current/future states.Draft concise job aids, micro-learning content, and release notes.Maintain FAQs and quick-reference guides for new features or content changes.Track and report KPIs and build simple dashboards or decks to share trends and recommended actions with stakeholders.
Essential Skills3–5 years in HR Technology/HRIS, HR operations, knowledge/content enablement, or service delivery.Familiarity with HR domain areas like time, payroll, onboarding, benefits, performance/learning.Experience improving knowledge content or help-center materials without direct platform ownership.Exposure to conversational AI/chatbots or virtual assistants and basic conversational design concepts.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Medium project management capability: planning, prioritization, task tracking, communications, and stakeholder coordination.Experience supporting UAT/regression testing and documenting outcomes.
Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with HR platforms like Workday or ServiceNow and basic configuration or security awareness.Understanding of analytics for knowledge/chatbot performance.Experience coordinating localization/translation and working across multiple countries/time zones.Exposure to low-code/workflow/RPA tools for simple task automation.Basic prompt design or GenAI-assisted content curation experience with strong human-in-the-loop review.
Work Environment
This position offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. The work is based in North Austin with access to three beautiful offices in a corporate complex, featuring cafes, gyms, and free parking. The office schedule is as follows: Week A: Tuesday & Wednesday in office; Week B: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office. There is also the option to work in-office five days a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
