About the Role:
The People Shared Services Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the People Shared Services team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The supervisor will play a key role in enhancing employee experience and driving continuous improvement within the HR function.
The role follows a hybrid work model: employees are expected to be onsite three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.
What You'll Do:
+ Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the HR Shared Services team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
+ Service Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee records management.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
+ Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics and service delivery performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions and departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery and support company initiatives.
+ Strategic Impact: Contribute to strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What You'll Need:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
+ In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and legal requirements.
+ HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
+ Experience in a shared services environment is highly desirable.
