The purpose of this role is to proactively deliver an exceptional HR service to the EMEA - Poland business, supporting the wider HR team, employees, and line managers. **What You’ll Do:** + Be the first point of contact for all HR contract extension inquiries, manage the inquiry from contact to closure + Provide high quality answers to inquiries and requests made by employees, managers and HR BP within agreed SLAs in case management systems + Extend BSO and GIA employee contracts in line with the process and labor code. + Ensure annex control, enter data into Enova and PSFT systems. + Supervisor surges in Enova system + Be a subject matter expert on benefits for other team members, share own experience and knowledge with others + Administer employee documents + Providing check of invoices and payroll input of benefits details. + Providing induction for new joiners **What You’ll Need:** + Knowledge of polish and English language native/ advanced level; + Experience in HR administration welcomed + Excellent customer service skills + Advanced excel skills + High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential; + Ideally has experience working with a Core People System, Peoplesoft desirable and payroll systems + Nice to have an experience working in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool. + Master/bachelor’s degree with preference on Human Resources + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; + Good organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills; + High level of PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office; + Ability to work with tight deadlines + Ability to work individually as well as in the team **Company benefits and perks:** + Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market + Career advancement program A chance to learn from the best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs to experience how we work in different places in the world.
