About the Role:
Establish and support the Program Office framework for multi-regional expansion, including governance, communication protocols, and performance tracking.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement program-level policies aligned with organizational and regional goals.Manage Contingent Hub operations by optimizing workflows, tracking milestones, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Serve as a liaison between regional teams, leadership, and support functions to ensure consistent execution and reporting across program phases.Contribute to scalability planning and readiness assessments to facilitate smooth transitions during global program expansion.About You:
