Requirements Qualifications + 6+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas. + Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations. + Proven experience managing employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality. + Experience utilizing ADP software is a huge plus + Ability to work independently, build relationships, and influence at all levels. + Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. + Comfortable balancing priorities in a part‑time schedule. + Experience in a single‑site HR ownership role is a plus.
