About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated People Ops Sr Analyst to join our People Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining employee data in our HR information systems. The senior specialist will be responsible for data validation, ensuring data integrity, and training other data entry specialists. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The role follows a hybrid work model: employees are expected to be onsite three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.
What You'll Do:
+ Accurately enter and update employee data in HR information systems.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
+ Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documents.
+ Collaborate with People team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
+ Support People processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.
+ Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies and serve as the escalation point of contact for data entry specialists.
+ Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
+ Handle more complex requests requiring more expertise and independent judgment.
+ Assist in the training and development of other data entry specialists.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
+ 1-3 years previous experience in a data entry role with dynamic responsibilities, preferably within an HR or shared service center environment.
+ Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Knowledge of People policies, procedures, and standard processes.
+ Familiarity with HR information systems and data management tools.
