We’re looking for a dynamic People Services Team Lead to guide and inspire a team of People Services Representatives and Specialists. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of people management—driving team performance through clear objectives, thoughtful work allocation, and ongoing support. You’ll foster an environment where collaboration, creativity, and productivity thrive, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all areas of People Services. As an experienced professional with deep functional expertise, you’ll also serve as the go-to point for complex case escalations, helping resolve issues with confidence and care. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on expertise, shaping both the success of your team and the wider People Services function.

This is a hybrid role, which will be based out of our Lawrenceville office 3 days a week.
